Hi, I'm Jilly!

I’m a dedicated therapist who is deeply passionate about supporting emotional wellbeing, personal growth, and greater balance in life. I believe meaningful change happens through connection and partnership, and I see my role as walking alongside you on your wellness journey.

Life can be hard, messy, and at times truly overwhelming. I understand this not only professionally, but personally. I’ve faced my own challenges, moved through them, and grown into someone who is grounded, resilient, and well equipped to support others through life’s storms.

Real, human connection sits at the heart of my counselling practice. My sessions are genuine, calming, and safe, offering space to slow down, reflect, and be yourself. I show up with warmth, honesty, and care, creating an environment where you feel heard, valued, and accepted—just as you are.

My approach is grounded and compassionate, focused on helping you feel supported, not analysed. Together, we work at your pace, in a way that feels respectful, empowering, and meaningful to you.

Better Living Counselling & Coaching Services was built on trust, ethical care and clear professional boundaries, which is embedded with transparency in everything I do. I use a person-centered, trauma-informed approach that recognises the impact of life experiences on emotional wellbeing.

The trusting relationship is grounded in knowing that your counsellor is there for you, walking with you through your wellness journey and that you can rely on her to help you through the storms of life.
